			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Everybody needs to stretch. It&#8217;s that simple. You don&#8217;t have to tie yourself up in knots, or become a super yogi. But a little stretching, and mindful breathing goes a really long way in releasing stress, remodeling your posture, and increasing the benefits of chiropractic care.</p>
<p>One of the best resources that I have found online is <a href="http://www.yogatoday.com">www.yogatoday.com</a> for great quality, well instructed and non-boring one hour long yoga classes you can do at home.<strong> You can get a 2 week free trial of Yoga today by entering the referral code &#8220;drchristinec&#8221;  as the Ambassador ID in the special free trial box on their home page.</strong> Or they have one free class per week that you can follow along with. There subscription rate is less than $10 a month, for access to hundreds of yoga classes.</p>

<h3>Lower Back Pain and Hamstring Stretches:</h3>
<p> This one is great to help loosen the lower back and decompress the spine, plus increase your awareness of the core and lower back muscles.<br />

<h3>Shoulder Therapy:</h3>
<p> Many people have shoulder problems because of restriction in movement in the upper back and neck, this gets those areas of the spine and upper body moving in a balanced way.<br />

<h3>Arm Balancing:</h3>
<p> Good for anyone who practices yoga, to learn how to work correctly in arm balancing postures, such as downward dog or a push up position. Great even if you aren&#8217;t going to get up into the final balancing posture shown her. Don&#8217;t go to a yoga class without practicing this one first!<br />
